Hi guys,
Does anyone know what size the simulators nuts are? And if they are the same size as the lug nuts? I understand the lug nuts are 33mm. I have a situation where a shop had my rear wheels off and on reinstallation they over torqued my simulator nuts. Its to far for me to return and I did want to buy my own tools someday but this forces my hand a little sooner than I wanted. The tool that Workhorse provided is way to weak as tight as these were installed.

Thanks,
Stan

A 1-9/16" 12 point fits my simulators perfectly on a W24 with 22.5" tires. I tried a 1-5/8" 12 point and it worked but was a little loose. I just went thru the same thing as you.

This is the part # for the 22.5 inch wheel cover. It would be different if you have the 19.5 inch wheel. Their very helpful on the phone, their web site just shows things to buy but doesn't break individual parts down very well. They can also tell you the size.

I had the same problem with mine, but it was my fault. Rather than hand tighten per my dealers instructions I cranked down on the lugs to keep the covers from rattling. When I went to remove them I snapped the "T" handle provided.

I have one of those T-handles, but don't have to use it. Our coach came with a double ended lug wrench & stout handle. One end fits the cover nuts, so you can tighten them real good. They are mounted with the living room slide winch.
