Hey Folks, We live in Rockingham, NC and are looking ahead to where we want to take the Workhorse to for the brake repairs once the recall starts. I have looked at the locations on the WH site and see many places in and around Charlotte. Have any of you had any chassis work done at any of the Charlotte/Greensboro locations? How did they do?

I have had work done at Tom Johnson's in Marion but that is over 200 miles from here. Just wondering how the places closer in do. I don't think their Concord location does any heavy chassis work.

Thanks!
Jerry

Tom Johnson's in Concord has recalled their mechanics & now are back to doing maint/repairs. As you indicated, they may not do heavy chassis work. But I would call them & ask who they recommend. I have had nothing but good service & professional service from all their staff. My parents have had work done at the Cat dealership on Harris Blvd & Statesville Rd. They did a good job for them. Again not sure if they do what you need, most likely they do.

They talk a good line but they have a lot to be desired. I will not go back.
