The passenger side wiper must have slipped a cog. It just went down to the bottom and quit. Drivers side fortunately continued in rain storm. What do I check.

I suspect a link has fallen off. Can you get a look under the "hood"? Should be some linkage connecting the 2 arms up there.

Is there any resistance if you try to manually sweep the wiper back and forth? It's quite unusual to see 1 wiper working and 1 not.
Wiper configurations vary from one body builder to another and it might help if the folks here knew your year, make and model.
