Take the plug apart for windshield wiper motor, clean and than add some di-electric grease in plug with Q-tip and tie plug up in ceiling of firewall area. You may have only collected moisture in plug from temperture changes this is a easy fix if you have not done it already.

My "Workhorse Customized Parts Book" shows that the original module was PN# W0002648. This was replaced by W0007967. So!!! your looking for module PN# W0007967.
Strangly this module controls both the wiper motor and the PRNDL display (transmission).
I also sort of question if you really have a bad module as I had the same problem that many had and the cure was to clean and keep dry the connector to the wiper motor. This is the connector right at the motor.
My drawing shows that the module mounts on top of the box-like structure which the steering shaft is attached to; inside the RV, right behind the instruments.
Good luck.

I also had a problem this last week with my wipers. Would not shut off. Tried the unplug thing on the road. Did not correct the problem. Unplug and left until I returned home, (no rain). I think there was some dirty water inside the plug. Dried out the plug and reconnected. Wala, they work. I water profed the plug and will check it out next time on the road while raining.

dry as a bone been setting for two months
The hi speed and low speed circuits ok, just the delay circuit won't open
I thought somebody would have a GM part #, workhorse will be 3 times higher than GM, from my experience.

You might check the connections on the wiper motor. Mine had some black gunk on them. If the motor comes to a stop at the park position,I think it is the delay unit. If it does not, then I think it is in the internal switch in the wiper motor. When mine would not stop at the park, I knew it had to be in the wiring, not the delay unit. Hope this helps.
