Check the WCC web site. They list by MFG's what is being built on there chassis.

From what I can see the W25.5 is not shown or listed on Workhorse'sC website.

Post the URL please.

I looked on the WCC website as well and the only info they have anywhere that I could find was the press release for the 25.5. There was no info about when it would be available, which MH manufacturers would offer it or on what models. I have looked at varied MH websites as well with no luck.

Maybe it's too soon to find out but thought I would ask since some seem to have an inside track on info from WCC.

Thanks and take care.

The inside track on the W-25.5 is that it's scheduled to begin building in the Spring of 2006. That's only a very few short weeks away. Exactly what coaches are being built on the W-25.5 is anyone's guess but mine right now suggests that the W-25.5s might be available for models beginning in late 2006 and 2007. By the time they are ordered, built, PDI inspected, shipped and rolled through production I think your looking at a bit of time. If a chassis is ordered at the end of April for example, it may take a while to get a new MH out the door from the manufacturer.

Unless you see a W-25.5 on a lot somewhere I might want to order one on a 2007 whatever. I'm not suggesting that anyone wait but I think that we're gong to see some unique floorplans on the W-25.5 that we haven't seen before. 4 slideouts on gas doesn't seem that much of an impossibility given a W-25.5 to build on.

Like you all I want to see an SSC W-25.5 Quad Slide Forty footer. It could happen but my crystal ball is a bit fuzzy right now.

Mike;

Do you have specs on the W25.5???

Is the W25.5 going to have a longer wheelbase than the W24???

Tom

The longest wheelbase that WCC makes is a 242 inch. Since you and I have 248 inch chassis, like Joey Tribiani would say, it's a "Moo" point.

We have also read about a "Flounder" having a longer wheelbase than the WGO 248 so the manufacturers will do what they do after WCC builds the original rail.

So the 6.14 rear end ratio over my 5.86 adds the 1500#s??

If so I like that.

Thanks for the input...guess I'll just have to be a little more patient.
