What will be the impact on the Workhorse lineup because of the purchase by International? Why would Workhorse even consider selling off such a lucrative part of the business?

GVW Holdings sold off the WCC portion to IH. Why, $$$$ I would suspect. Why did IH buy it.... My guess is they want to get some market share in the truck/RV business.

Will WCC change the way it does business? This can vary depending on how IH sets up the reporting structure. If IH leaves WCC as a wholly owned subsidiary then WCC will probably not change much. But, if they integrate WCC into the IH business then it could change a bunch.

Me I think it would be a mistake on IH's part to tinker with the WCC business model.
