I am very happy at last! Picked up the RV today expecting like everyone else they would try to sell me something. It didn't happen. They performed the brake recall: new updated calipers on all 4 wheels, brake fluid and bleeding included. They even washed it. All at no charge. If you are in the Jacksonville Florida area and need the brake recall done , I recommend River's Rv. Nancy and Sid were wonderful and took good care of me. I'll go back again when I need something done. 904-783-0313 is their phone.

I got mine done early at ATS in Colorado Springs. When I called in early October to get on the list for spring '11 repair (because we were going south for the season), ATS put me on the fast track for as soon as they got parts. Only a week later, they called me for an appointment. They put on the brakes while I had a nice soak in some nearby hot springs, and I was on my way home in about 4 hours. The pads and rotors were fine, no sales job, and an event-free trip to AZ.
And yes, DriVer, I did rate the service center. And Workhorse's web site is still a mess of misinformation.

Driver,

I can't seem to find out how to view the ratings? I can search and rate ok, but how does one view ratings by other folks?

Thanks,

Bob

comments provided by owners using the "rate this dealer" function are read by the WCC National Service Director, and may be used for internal review of dealer activities, but they are NOT made public by WCC.
