Workhorse chassis
Anyone know where I can buy exhaust manifolds for my 2003 workhorse chassis?

If you need to replace them, I would take a hard look at Banks headers instead. Otherwise, Ultra RV Products may have stock manifolds.

If you are replacing both sides it will be more cost effective plus an upgrade to add Banks TorqueTube headers. You can get just the headers only part # 49504. We also carry the original stock manifolds if that is what you’d prefer to use.

Is this on a P series or a W series chassis?

I have had my exhaust manifolds replaced and would suggest going with an aftermarket product.

Replaced ours with Doug Thorley headers. Just not worth the effort to put on new stock manifolds and possibly end up with the same problem after a short time.
On the W series chassis the Thorley headers are bolt on replacements. No cutting or welding. Banks headers are probably the same.

What's with the $1200 price tag on stock manifolds? Can't the $400 Dorman 8.1 manifolds be made to work?

Do you have a part number for those Doug's headers?
