For several weeks, I attempted to register at the WorkHorse website for the purpose of obtaining info on our rig. After several futile attempts, I contacted Linda DeHaven with WH customer service/marketing who promptly replied and checked into the matter. I would like to take the opportunity to let members of this forum know of the excellant service/response that I received from her.

I called WH customer service a week ago, put on hold/in queue for ten minutes, then disconnected.

I updated the WH owner info. online for my new (to me) RV, still shows not finalized, over two weeks.

Glad someone had a good experience, means there's hope...

Linda DeHaven is a very competent and caring person and she will go the extra mile for Workhorse customers. You can find Linda at any number of shows, rallies and events across the country.

At Workhorse there is a lot more than just hope; there are people at WCC that actually care about customers regardless of the reliability of the "Bell" telephone network.

I am sorry to hear about your disconnect experience that can be annoying. When I was doing technical support calls to IBM, Novell, Intel or whomever I could be waiting on the phone for over an hour and get get hung up on when I'm depending on technical support to resolve a customer's computer issue. That can get to be a very long day at times.

I have also had very good customer service from Workhorse.

I just recently called to register as a second owner and the lady that answered said I had gotten the wrong department to take care of registering, but thought she might be able to help. She asked what my name was and if I had ever called before and I said yes. With that information, she looked my name up and was able to transfer that information to the proper registration form.

I sometimes tell of three customer service calls I made last year,

The first: To Hughesnet, (India) I spent 7 hours on the phone before I gave up and tried a back door, then another hour getting the back door to work.

The second to Xantrex (State of Washington) took perhaps 10-15 minutes, I had my RMA within the first few and we discussed ways of improving the install for the rest of the time. Excelent.

The third to Workhorse: Right here in Michigan. I never got past the woman (NOT A COMPUTER) who ansered the phone, within less than a minute she had passed to me the info I needed to resolve the issue (A computer reset) Never actually got to a Customer Support Rep, the recpitionist had the answer. Now that. is service with a capitol SERVICE!

Would that more companies would CUT the overseas cables.

When I originally tried to register as the 2nd owner, the website apparently still showed the rig registered to the original owner. Linda DeHaven advised that for me to get the ownership correct, I would need to send a copy of the bill of sale and our complete name and address including zip code and phone number to: Workhorse Custom Chassis, 850 Stephenson Hwy, Suite 510, Troy, MI 48083. I sent a copy of the state title along with the other info and everything was cleared in about 7 working days.
BTW, we moved our son to Craig, Co about a month ago and hauled a fully loaded 6x12 enclosed U-Haul behind the MH. It was an experiance going up over the divide and through the Eisenhower Tunnel then down the other side.

What I was advised to do by Linda DeHaven to get the ownership info correct, was send a copy of the bill of sale and our complete name and address including zip code and phone number to: Workhorse Custom Chassis, 850 Stephenson Hwy, Suite 510, Troy, MI 48083. Since a lot of paperwork can sometimes be faded when copied, we sent a copy of the title along with the other info and it cleared in about 7 working days. Hang in their as the system does work, albeit slowly at times.
