The workhorse Homecoming Rally is shaping up nicely. We will have seminars by Workhorse, Allison Transmission, Navistar Power Train, Redlands RV and Brazel's RV Performance at the Homecoming Rally. We will be asking for questions before the seminars to try and cover as much as possible in an efficient manner. There should be a wealth of info about anything Workhorse.

We have about 45 participants signed up so far and have room for many more, so get your name in ASAP. As usual with RVers, there will be plenty of good eats including an ice cream social. Besides the plant tour there will be time for relaxing and getting to catch up with each other as well.

Hope to see you there,

Dave and Linda Laird

Now that Workhorse owns Monaco, can we all bring our Roadmaster chassis coaches to the rally?

Dave...my registration is coming by snail mail from the great white north but I'll be there to learn about the FCA cure.
What time should we arrive on Tuesday so we don't miss anything?

I expect the hot topic this rally will be brakes. I hope the WH people that show are in strategy sessions now to develop honest and thorough responses to customer questions. (And growing a thick skin?) And I hope they bring a couple of calipers, good and bad, for us to see. A tech session suggestion: hands on demonstration(s) on brake bleeding and slide pin lube. From the numerous posts here, and my own experience, it is not as simple as one would think. Doubt WH will take this on as the lawyers will have heart attacks at the thought of shade-tree mechanics doing maintenance "as taught by WH". But Brazels, Redlands, ??? ( For an incentive, load up your sales trailer with Motive Products bleeders, fluid, lube, pin bolt sockets, etc.)
I find out my July work schedule on Monday. Hope I can make it. If I do, I volunteer my unit for the demo.

RCA,

We will have a "social" in the evening so you need to be there for that. The seminars will be on Wed. See you there,

Dave

Sorry, Lukeaa, but WCMC rallies are for WCMC members who own Workhorse chassis. Even non-member "guest" coaches must be on Workhorse chassis.

That said, the club members may vote to modify the rules at some future business meeting because of the many changes taking place in the ownership of different brands. Time will tell. ED

No homecoming queen? How about a Miss Workhorse? Everybody loves a good chassis.
