I just had my instrument panel display replaced on my 2005 Winnebago Adventure on the Workhorse Chassis and noticed that there is no display for voltage as there was on my original display. Is this just the way it is, or am I just missing where it is now located?

Our cluster was replaced in Sept/07 by a WorkHorse service center for a fading problem and we have everything working like before. Something doesn't sound right. Have you gone through the different display modes to see if it might be set correctly to display? Ours shows the 12v reading when the display is showing the different trans settings in large mode.

Thanks for the reply JC. I have gone thru all the modes. When I have the one up that shows different trans setting in large mode, all get is the different gears avaible, what gear I am currently in, and the odometer.

Hopefully the dealer that fixed the speedo display is close as I would bring it to his attention. Just an after thought, when we picked our MH from having our speedo fixed, the tech had apparently lifted the dash to far and several of our 12v items didn't work: cig lighter, radio, dash fan. Several wires had disconnected. Might have them check under the dash to see if all wires are disconnected.

Thanks for the input JC. Called the dealer today, and waiting for the technician to return the call.

Thanks 007. The Actia display panel manual says my display should have the voltage displayed where my display currently displays the current gear. No mention of this situation, so I will have to talk to my dealer technician or call Actia.

Update on my instrument panel display that was replaced in November 2007, but did not have a voltage readout. Just got the motorhome back from the Workhorse service center and they replace the Actia instrument panel display, and this time it has a voltage readout. Now, it does not have the overdrive light indicator, but I can do without that. I don't want to make another trip and have it in the shop for ten days while Actia ships another unit.

Just a thought, but you might go out and lift you dash ans see if the OD has it's own small bulb and if so, is the wire connected. When ours was replaced, the tech must have opened the dash REALLY wide as several wires had become disconnected behind the dash causing several things not to work. Also found a 20a blown fuse which they replaced.
While it's commendable that ACTIA/WH have stepped up to the plate and addressed and obvious defect, it blows my mind on the quality of work postings noted on this and other forums from service centers charging $90-$120 per hour.
