GARY: other than whatever help you can get from calling Roadside Assistance @ 877-946-7731 and asking for help with your concern, I don't think Workhorse has been providing tech assistance directly to owners.

The Regional Service Managers are tasked to provide assistance to the dealers (only), although that can certainly help owners, albeit it indirectly. Ed

And The Winner IS: Driver. Supplied the first correct answer to our ongoing (3 months plus) problem. Loss of power, no error codes, decreasing MPG and at it's worse running on four cylinders. Solution - replaced O2 sensor. Workhorse area rep. took vacation, Workhorse shipped wrong O2 sensor, encountered four day shop closeing for hoilday and finally picked her up today. 50 mile test drive home and near 9 mpg again. If I missed an earlier correct solution for the PRIZE let me know.
I can not say enough good things about the Workhorse service center - RV Masters in Houston. Based on invoice I saw they bill Workhorse under $200 and spent well over one man day on the disappearing problem. They were as professional and supportive as anyone could ask. Kept ours inside and plugged in for almost two weeks.
The prize is - up to one week FREE rv parking, with water and electric, at the Bar-Bob Ranch near Needville, TX. Thirty miles to nearest shopping center, weak phone service and mother nature supplies the noise. Stay tuned to IRV2 for the next contest.
