Workhorse recall 50901-C

I have been turned down for reimbursement from workhorse. (recall 50901-C) I had the repairs done in June of 2008 and their reason for declining my request was because of failure to fall within building date requirements. Has anyone experienced the same situation and could advise me.

Is that the brake recall ? My Bounder had the brakes repaired about the same time.
Then the ABS lite came on again, they replaced 3 brakes and then issued the newest recall at the end of last year, and replaced them all again. If the ABS light is still on it should be covered. Keep having the Workhorse dealer bug them. Good Luck.
