Okay, I have a 3-year, 36,000 mile warranty (two years left) on my 2011 Canyon Star, including Workhorse road service. If my memory is correct (the coach is in storage) the paperwork says the road service covers all breakdowns, including flat tires. If this is the case, do I need any other ERS (e.g., Good Sam) during this period? Or are there things not covered by Workhorse that would be covered by another ERS?

I never needed road service while my WH was under warranty but I did carry another since it also covered my other vehicles, it was'nt very expensive, and I thought it might increase the mileage towable and "trip interruption" (motels , etc), if I needed it. I also had the ESP but I never needed any of them in the first 3yr/36K

Just had a Workhorse tow for about 45 miles. Three trucks showed up and after some discussion they decided to use the smallest one to keep cost under $450 which is Workhorse limit. Since the tow is only good to an authorized service shop that $450 limit could be a major problem considering how far apart Workhorse shops are.
P.S. I think Workhorse used Coach Net.

For a heavy duty tow the $450 is little more than hookup charge!

FWIW, I was told at the Escapade by Coachnet that their service also covers the toad, and any car you may be driving.

We have an 08 Rexhall on the Workhorse chassis, and we kept having problems causing the engine to go into the emergency mode that would clear and when we got to a shop they could not find it. Coachnet was really helpful, they were right there to do anything to help. It quit completley in Ariz. and due to the overhang on the front axle they sent a rollback semi trailer to load it on. It was taken about 50 miles to Lake Havasu. I know it was a very expensive tow and it cost me nothing. It turned out to be the wires that plugged into the rear computer were loose.
