This is a brake recall related question. Is there a centralized WSC experience/rating list?

No there isn't. If you need help finding a service center, we can help you with that.

I agree we need to be able to see the past posted ratings for Workhorse service centers. I called one Friday and they did not even want to schedule any motorhome work for the next 5 to 7 days. The general feeling I got was they were not needing the business and not interseted in serving motorhomes inspite of being listed as a workhorse service center.

I for one do not want to take my motorhome any where like this, period.

Night service manager at Crosspoint LLC in Indianapolis,Ind. had the same attitude(I don't know why we had to get involved in this brake mess) he says and told me they had no parts yet and I would be #33 on their list when the work was started. Called their sister co. in Normal,Ill and was treated like the only customer they had...appointment next week...#6 on their list, will do whatever work I want for time and materials.

Thanks for the come-back DriVer. There are a few WSCs scattered around the Jacksonville Florida area. I guess I will research them on an individual basis.

Find A Motor Home Service Center

Crosspoint Indianpolis is not listed as Workhorse cc,just their Evansville,IN location.

Well that certainly might explain the less than friendly attitude.

FWIW, I also received GREAT service at their Normal, IL location when I "dropped in" with a genset problem. Even without an appointment they took good care of me and fixed the problem within a couple of hours. NORMAL for them, apparently, and it is in their name too!

Unfortunately your question is not being understood here. I assume that you are not attempting a dealer locator service. What you want to see is the level of service reviews that have been reported on. And be able to search that WHSC dealer data base by a particular field of information such a area, etc. Yes/no?

Call workhorse and ask and let us know what they say. I have already called and asked.

While visiting the "Workhorse Service Center" location site, I noticed that WH has a "dealer rating" section.

I've sent them an e-mail asking for access. I am waiting for a reply.

After sending a follow-up e-mail, I received a reply stating that part of the web site was not functional.
