I would like to comment on our recent experience with a GM Dealer.
We were on our way to a RV Rally and were in Elkhart, Indiana and decided to stop at Camping World. As we were driving away a loud alarm went off and the emergency brake light plus the ABS light came on. I turned around and went back to CW and called Road Service. They told me not to drive the unit and they would send a tow truck to tow us to Workhorse dealer.
The tow truck driver was great and very nice, My Rescuetowing Co. He hooked it up and disconnected the driveshaft and we were on our way following him in our toad.
We arrived at Tom Nasquin Chevy which was only 4 blocks away. We were dropped off were they told us to be. The service mgr, Tony Bucci , was a super guy and told us he would get us in at 7:30 AM the next day and that he would provide me a plug ovenight(50 Amp) so that we could stay in the coach. The next morning they took us in as they had stated and found the problem to be a bad brake fluid sensor however, there were none in the area and it would have to be ordered. We couldn't stay there so we opted to have it diisconnected and would get it installed at Workhorse dealer in Forest City as that is where we are going from Rally, Winnebago to be exact.
I can not say enough on how nice Tom Naquin Gm was to us and they treated us great.Workhorse should be very proud to have them as a dealer. I will recommend them very highly to anyone who needs a Workhorse dealer.
