Workhorse/Southwind Eng. AC working part-time

I have a 2003 Southwind and periodically my air conditioner (engine) stops working (the fan stops)? I do not have the "recirculating" button on so as to not cause a freeze up? I turn the fan off for at least 45 minutes to an hour before it works again. The air also gets warm when I'm at a stop. My "Workhorse" mechanic has not been able to duplicate the problem? I hate to get out in the summer desert and have this happen again. . Should I just buy a new fan or buy relays??? Any suggestion would be truly appreciated.

FYI...I just put on the front and rear stabilizers by Roadmaster and what a difference on a 37' RV. It handles like a diesel or car.

My fan always works but if I'm not going at least 30/35 MPH , the AC blows hot. I tried several times to get it fixed under warranty, but never succeeded . I guess I'm lucky it works , uh ok, when moving but I have to turn it off in a traffic jam, it feels like the heat is on. And I have a manual ball valve to make sure no hot water is running into the core, but it didn't change it.

The cause of the AC getting hot while going slow is because the air intake for the system is inside the engine compartment. With not much airflow through the grill it sucks hot under hood air in. To solve the problem switch to MAX. This sucks in the inside (cab) air and not the outside hot under hood air.
