I am out of warranty so I guess that I am on my own.
I am working with a guy right now that is under warranty and the response time was just under 30 minutes before resolutions and action to get a hold of the owner to fix the problem was put forward.
Nobody that I know of at Workhorse is shirking their responsibility to owners that are currently under warranty. Parts will most likely be an issue in regard to time delay but I don't expect that they will simply just cut bait and run. For the most part, they are doing well with parts. Navistar is committed as well to excellent customer support.
It is regrettable that there isn't a new Workhorse RV product being produced at this time that I know of. Keeping fingers crossed!
