Folks, I need your help here.
Our Monaco has been out of service since December 11, 2009 with apparently no end in sight. We are waiting for a new, 2010 warranty replacement radiator from a 3rd party vendor and it isn't happening.
We are told repeatedly it will ship on a specific date, like January 8, then January 18 then moved to February 25, then back to daily ship dates for a week now, every day with no tracking numbers to prove it. We've been told it already shipped several times and didn't happen. At this point I'm giving Workhorse the benefit of the doubt and thinking their radiator vendor is giving them erroneous information.
Anyway, without going into the details and not quite ready to write a scathing review just yet, which won't help the situation at this point, my question is:
Does anyone out there have any Workhorse contact names and phone numbers or email addresses so that I can actually get an honest answer as to when the radiator will be built and shipped. I've tried all the normal avenues of phone calls to customer care, parts, etc, etc.. I bet there's a person that must handle outside vendor radiator purchases from a departmental management position that has this answer. That's the person I'd like to talk to.
I'm thinking "it's all in who you know" (maybe). Please help if you can.
