Ground pin #6 of the self-test plug and turn the key to the run position.
Check for power at the inertia fuel shut-off switch.

shows 7 volts on both sides with key on ignition.
Did notice, tonight it started to attempt to fire and I finally smelled fuel, no fuel in the line when i hit the valve but i did smell it and it gave small little putt. I am assuming still to low on fuel.

On side note;

When I Go to crank it cranks good, then I key off and the thing screams, kind of like a headlight on sound or leaving the key in the ignition. Now I did run 12v to the ignition switch, is that a switched 12v or a constant?

Was pin #6 of the self-test connector grounded when you got the 7 volts with the key in the run position?

With the key on check for voltage at a red wire going to any fuel injector.

I have full voltage. Pretty sure my issue is the fuel pump isnt running full prime or all the time. Issue is eother something in that system or me hotwiring the ignition switch. I looked for c139 and found nothing

It appears that my hotwire sticks ignitio. Once its key turned one time till battery disconnects cause if i unook and rehook batter it acts as if it prines as i get a slight fire out of it till the bit of gas is gone

Do you hear the fuel pump relay click each time you ground and then remove the ground at pin #6 of the self-test plug with the key in the run position.
