Gas pump shuts off when tank is not yet full...I have to coax the remaining 10 or 20 gallons...Anyone else familiar with this issue?

I would start by checking the fuel canister hoses that run to the charcoal canister. Check for any low lying lines that may be causing fuel to be trapped (like a p-trap) thus causing lack of vapor flow through the canister unit. Also check to see if the charcoal canister is loaded up with fuel.
Normally the gas tank should not be topped off as this will force fuel into the vapor recovery system and possibly damage the charcoal filter canister.
How long have you had this issue?

My 99 MA had same problem. Take a look under the gas line into tank and look at the smaller tube its the air vent line.
It may be below the main gas fill line and will need to be redressed above the larger pipe line.
You may want to force some air into vent line in case it has some gas within it.

If none of the above works try the following. I had the same problem with a previous MH that had a long fill tube between the fuel opening and the tank.
When the nozzle shuts off, turn the nozzle upside down (hose end up and sensor in nozzle is down) there by tricking the shut off sensor. I know what a pain it is to stop more often for gas than needed. Bill

If you will check the fuel filler hose, when the RV is level, you will find it is lower near the filler opening than at the tank. Near the turn in the filler hose (at the front)is where I added the spacer and wire tied it to a support member of the body. By doing this I was able to raise the filler hose so that it is now higher in the front than at the tank. I probably have a 1" to 2" difference in the filler hose from front to rear. Since I have made this change, I can set the nozzle in the normal position. I no longer have to twist the handle from side to side to filler my tank.
What I did was use a rubber bushing like goes on a shock absorber ( I bought it at Advance Auto). Where the gas line makes the first turn down from the filler neck I placed the bushing on top. I used wire ties to hold it in place. It works just fine. This is the second Ford motorhome I have owned and both did the same thing. The last one was a Gulf Stream.
I used a small level to check to make sure the filler tube is a little high from front to back. It has worked just fine for me for over 12 years. Hope this answers your question.

We have a 99 H/R vacationer & have that tank fill problem.
What I did, which is a little bit of trouble during fill ups, I use the left side jacks to raise the left side tilting the coach & it made a world of difference on getting the tank full.
There are times though, if I'm at a station where the front end is a bit lower, pad not level it dont seem to work as good.
I did one time, go under & inspect the filler hose & just like stated, it has a lower point than the opening on the tank, so gas would get trapped.
I put a brace in to hold up on the hose in that area & by the next gas stop the problem was there again, checking, the brace was gone, so must be quite a bit of movement between the coach body, chassis & opening on the gas tank for that brace to have came out.
Dont know about anyone elses coach, but on a H/R, that is a mighty close place to try & get into to do something to that hose.

We have as MY2000 Vacationer that had the same problem. The factory re-routed the fill tube that took care of 75% of the problem. Now I just use the jacks (when the MH is tipped the wrong way) to make sure the filler tube is on the high side.

Our 94 F53 had that problem as well. Our fill was located at the very rear of the coach so if it was not sitting pretty level what your experinecing is the same issue we had. We just had to learn to live with it.
