First change the fuel filter. Or check the fuel flow, I know new filter but you could have a lot of crap in a tank that sat for so long. Is the emergency brake stuck on?

How about the plug wires and the boots? They are cheap and should also be exchanged.

V 10, coil on plug, No wires. $400. for 10 coils.

Re check the gas filter. Take it off and dump out the gas and see if it has water or rusty fines in it.

Yes, you are right. Forgot that I got the wires for the generator.
If you go to Autozone, you get the coil way cheaper, and the rubber boots should also be replaced.

Also, could be a faulty Throttle Position Sensor (TPS) Have you had a diagnostics done on your coach? If not it might help identify the problem.

Best of luck and let us know the fix...

Diagnosing these issues is a step by step approach. First you drove it 100 miles so it is somewhat safe to assume that the engines compression is OK. Yes something could have broken but at this point lets assume that the engine is not broken.

Yes it could be this or that but guessing without checking is IMHO silly and a waste of time. All and I mean ALL of these parts can be checked and or tested to verify that they are working or not.

Next is to check for fuel pressure to the fuel rail. I believe you will need at least 30 lbs of pressure. Now if you don't have sufficient pressure it could be a plugged fuel filter or a defective fuel pump. So you pull the filter and when dumping the old gas check for rust pouring out with the gas. You can also lightly blow through the old filter to determine if it's plugged.

If it's plugged then the next step is probably to drop the tank, pull the pump and I'd replace it before reassembly, also check and replace any questionable fuel hoses. They are easier to change now than later. Then examine the inside of the tank. If it's rusty (subford) said you can have the inside cleaned and coated with something to restore it back to good. I don't know anything about that but I guess it can be done.

Once you fix or verify the fuel delivery then it's on to finding out if it will now run with compression and fuel.

Don't just start throwing parts at the issue. You may fix it but you may not. Find out what is wrong first.

Yes, that can be done. I had it done to the tank of my 1962 Triumph TR4. It worked well ad sill is good.

So when you said above, you push the pedal it dies, does it die in gear, or in park?

If it dies in park, I would ignore those codes for now as it cant move if it cant even rev in park! As Tejay said one thing at a time.

It revs fine in park, dies in gear. I disconnected the wire that goes to solenoid pack as recommended by one of my friends, it worked fine in reverse and 1st gear. Have ordered a new solenoid pack. Any thoughts? Thank you

With the understanding what I know about transmissions could fit in a thimble. How would a failing shift solenoid cause the above symptoms?
