2016 Ford V10 F53 Cough Sound - Winnebago SunStar 35F

When I start moving forward in the AM, I can hear a cough like sound coming from just outside my Driver side window? Sounds like it a quick cough? Its coming from down by the Jacks reservoir, but I not sure if that is the culprit? Not sure if this is an expected standard sound?
Has anyone else heard this and had it diagnosed? I have about 6K miles and have noticed it from the get go, but never thought to ask the experts here?
Any help and thoughts would be appreciated!

Does it happen just the one time when you first start?? Get someone to stand outside and try to locate the noise. If ou are just coming off the jacks and putting full weight back on the wheels, it might be something doing a one-time shift due to weight readjustment.

After you let the jacks up and have not moved from your site, if you are pretty level, check the fluid level in the jack system. It may be coming from that.

Fluid is full, took to dealer, said it could be the ABS system? Going to Ford dealer to check out. Months ago the ABS idiot light came and stayed on for about 15 minutes while taken it to dealer who said that I must see ford. Will update after going to ford.
