3rd Brake Light not working

3rd brake light not working, all other brake light ARE working. Any suggestions? Bulb is good checked in in another fixture.

All I have to offer is this; over 90% of all 12V problems are the result of poor/missing ground.Have you tested this circuit with a continuity tester yet?

Not yet, I will attempt to test the circuit with a continuity tester. thank you

Ditto on the ground.
Been there -- done that.
Be sure terminals are CLEAN and making contact with the bulb.
