My guess is the same as avfordguy above. I don't believe the TUNE was actually installed. I'm basing that thinking on this. Most everybody who has installed the TUNE immediately notices differences in power, down shifting especially in T/H as the vehicle slows down in town as it comes to a rolling stop. Also the fact that it stays in the gears longer while climbing hills.

I'd do another install or try to check to determine if it is installed. I believe it will show stock or the new tune when you hook up their installer.

If that does not show it or work give them a call. No use spending $$$$ and not have it work.

Do let us know what you find out I know I'm interested. They sent me a new TUNE and I have tried twice with no good results on the install. My computer skilled Son is coming into town next week so maybe he an help.

Thanks and have the 5 Star on order for my 2012 F-53 242" wheel base Georgetown.
Like to hear more from folks who installed it on their gasser MH and their impressions or maybe I should start a new htread?

Sorry for the long delay in responding. I no longer have this coach, gave it up for many reasons. I installed this twice as the first time seemed strange. I noticed the gears holding longer and some other changes but perhaps I was expecting too much. How did things go with your install once your son got involved?
