Anyone no the mechanics of these

This is not necessary a Ford question but I have a 1994 f53 chassis with a Tag axle with tag brakes. Vacuum line from engine goes to a synchronize to tag brake Vacuum booster with a master brake cylinder. How does synchronize valve work/ I have vacuum coming in from engine and vacuum at the 2 ports that lead to booster, I would think slight air pressure would be needed to operate booster, I need someone to explain operation of sync valve.

Boy I tell you what, ol Bill to the rescue, again.
If it wasnt for J McKinny & Bill with what they know, bunch of us would be lost as could be.
Their tips have saved me a bunch of time.
