meworrynot Member Ford Super Duty Owner Texas Boomers Club Join Date: Apr 2010 Location: Portland, TX Posts: 34	My 89 f53 trans has lost 1st gear. I am looking at a replacement trans and I wonder if I should go with an aftermarket performance type or maye directly to Ford. The trans in there is a Jasper replacement.
