Hi. We just purchased a new 2011 Winnebago 31E Sightseer and have yet to do our first trip. While installing the brake controller harness under the dash I kept touching the brake pedal. Each time I did it sounded like I had touched the power seat control. The ignition key was off. Any idea what is causing this? Is it something to be concerned about. By the way, this is the first time I have purchased a vehicle where everyone seems to be extremely pleased with the product, that being the F53 chassis and Ford V-10 engine and are looking forward to our first trip in the spring. We have purchased a used 2006 Pontiac Vibe and will be towing it on a Tow Dolly. Thanks for any help.

Regards, Moe and Jean

It's an electric backup pump for the power brake system that runs when the engine is not running. Gives you braking assist when the engine is off. Noisy but normal.
