I had to replace my brake light array, a strip of LEDs on the back of the coach. To make sure it worked, I had my wife step on the brake pedal so I could look at it. When she stepped on the brake pedal something that sounds like a motor running made a sound all the while it was pressed down. The engine was not running. Is this some type of power booster? This is a Ford V-10 F53 Chassis.

This sound will present by the way if the key is on or off. It's an emergency circuit so that you will have pressure to apply your brakes in the event that you loose engine and or ignition power while the motorhome is moving.
