I had my 02 Damon Challenger on a 01 F 53 chassis in for the CC Recall for the dealer to unplug until parts come and he could not locate it. I sent a Email to ford and they where no help. I also posted this on the Damon Owners Forum with no response. I need the location of the plug or even a picture so I know what it looks like so I can unplug it. Thank You for any help.

You need to call the 800 number listed in the recall notice as the one for motor home owners to get the best info.

The plug on my 01 F53 is located under the antilock brakes on the firewall and is accessed from the front hood opening.

It will almost always be located on the drivers side. Some coaches it is accessible via opening the hood, on some it is located between the fender liner and firewall. A call to the coach manufacture may help.

I could not see mine either it looks like the old pressure switch used on cars. A while back someone posted a picture of it. I followed his instructions of following the brake lines as they run down in front of the firewall, it is screwed into a "T". On mine it is behind the power steering reservoir and I can't see it but could feel it so I just unplugged it.
If I can't find a dealer that has the part I just may install my own 2 amp inline fuse.

My switch is located on the street side of my master cylinder. Must pull back a retainer clip, plastic, to pull it out. Very simple to do.
