June Motorhome Magazine

Quick Tips section outlines a home brew air induction system - uses Atwood 4000 bilge blower 125 cfm inline, along with 4 inch tubing and a stack boot.

Anyone ever try this with any success (or failure)

Bill

Welcome BillB007 to IRV2
Have not received the June issue yet so can't help you but will take a look when I receive it.
Had a 460 and its intake was on top of hot engine area, bet this is taking cooler air from in front of grill area and pumping it into air filter. There has been alot of discussion down in the Workhorse forum about this same subject the air-intake system. Not your engine but might be of interest to you. Glad to have you aboard enjoy the forums and post often. Oh yes what you are interested in might work if you try it out let us know the improvement anything can improve the 460 for cooler operation.
