Just joined up, here is a pic of our 1983 Jamboree on a flat car. Ready to leave La Junta , Sonora, Mexico for five days over the Sierra Madre mountains, destination Los Mochis. That's our Scottie "Mack" pulling us onto the train. You can see the old MH is in good shape. It's now time to change the 16.5 wheels to 16" since tires are no longer made that can be used on this rig.

We're hoping some one has already done this and can tell us what the correct 16" rim is to fit this 1983 Ford Econoline chassis without having to modify anything.

Thanx, Dave

Dave;

I would like to wish you a Merry Christmas. We are happy you joined us. I am sorry I can't help you with your wheel question but I would suggest you repost your question in the Ford Motorhome Chassis Forum. Post often and share your RV adventures with us.

may be tough 1984 1/2 up is easy,from there onback they tell me is going to be tough probably look into aftermarket wheels? just changed mine over 84 1/2 .but you can still but 16.5s firestone,and goodyear both still make these tires about $200.00 per tire hpe this helps.
