I take it it is a F53 and if so here is the information for the 2003 F53 Parking Brake, I think 2004 would be the same.

Minnie = Winnebago Class C I believe. No driveline brake, right?

The above about the F53 also applies to the E450-E550 Motorhome that also had the driveline brake.

Parking Brake —E-150 - E-450

On E-150, E-250 and E-350, the parking brake is a drum-in-hat type system mounted in the hub of the disc brake. On the E-450 and E-550, the parking brake is mounted to the transmission extension housing. All systems are controlled by a foot-operated parking brake control mounted on the steering column support bracket.
On E-150, E-250 with multiplier, and E-350, the parking brake cable is self-adjusting. On E-250 with tension limiter, E-450 and E-550, the parking brake cable is adjustable.

Subford, not to hijack the thread, but what can you tell me about the E-brake light switch? Mine is intermittent and when the dash light won't come on, I can't deploy my jacks. I can't find the damned thing and sometimes it takes jamming the peddle down 20 times or more.

Have you checked on the parking brake assembly under the dash for a switch that activates the parking brake light on the instrument cluster that could either be faulty or have a loose connection?

Just a thought--good luck

I do not know what jack system you have and do not know if you have a separt switch on the Parking Brake for the jack system or not.
Do what LVJ58 said above.
I would guess that the "PARK BRAKE GROUND" in the bottom diagram goes to the Jack System to tell it that you have the Parking Brake set.

Here is a the location diagram of the plug for the Parking Brake light.

And the wiring:

Had the same problem with the E brake switch 2000 F-53 chassis. The switch and connector was gunked up and dirty, the switch would stick. Cleaned it all up cruise control, levelers and the dash light all worked fine.

Found it!! I pulled the false cover off that hides the wires & fuse boxes and could finally see THE wire going to the switch. It had plier marks on it from some previous owner and wiggling it got me a connection. Sounds like a new plug is in order when I can get to it.
Thanks!
