F53 Drag Link Grease Fitting Seal

Was greasing the 9 fittings on chassis on our 2015 Winnebago 36Y - F53 chassis. On the rear of drag link I noticed that the rubber doughnut type seal is squashed in and will not hold grease. It appears to have failed since it was parked, as there is a large glob of grease under it on frame.I cannot find any information on this. Has anybody replaced one? Is it a critical item?
I live quite some distance from a Ford Truck center. All hints and experience with this appreciated.
Barry

Just guessing here without looking at the joint, but one end of the seal is smaller and goes around the shaft & ball, the other end is larger and fits around the socket. See if there is a grove around the socket that the seal should stretched around and hooked into.
