Five Star Ford Truck Repair Center for RV’s Review
I want to give a shout-out to Indiana’s Andy Mohr Ford Truck Repair Center.
My experience with a 2016 f53 motor home chassis AC repair: I noticed a small oil spot on my driveway underneath the rv and looked at the engine area. There was some oil, only on the ac compressor. The dash ac was still working fine. I drove over to the truck Repair Center to chat with the guys in order to figure out how they operate. While there, I was given the service managers name, Mike, and told it was best to schedule with him in order to avoid leaving the coach there.
I called Mike the following week and he advised that if I had the rig there at 7:am the next day, he would fit me in. I was on time and the shop promptly took the motor home inside for diagnosing. A few hours later I was on my way with a brand new, larger, shiny, ac compressor. I could tell that the dashboard had been apart for a complete inspection and proper service. Everything was covered under Fords 3 year bumper to bumper warranty.
While waiting there were 2 other f53 motor homes being worked on at this brand new, very large facility. The facility amenities included free washers and dryers, drivers shower rooms and a clean waiting area with overstuffed recliners, free coffee, snacks and a giant tv.
Feeling happy.
