First of I am a vehicle engineer now, mostly military lately. I think my sig has my unit, but in case it doesn't it is a '95 Winnebago Vectra 34'.

Why isn't there a tracbar/panharder bar on the front axle/suspension? This seems to me to be the reason there is so much drift in highway driving. Does anyone make an after market kit to add one? (this has got to be an over sight by Ford)

What is a good sway bar to get for the rear? There doesn't seem to be too much room with the airbag suspension.

I can install almost anything, welding, cutting, drilling, ... are not problems and I have tools that range from mini to diesel truck tools.

Help would be appreciated.

Ford did add a front track bar on the 2006 chassis. As for after market check with one of our sponsers, Brazel's RV Performance

You can go here for information on the Davis TruTrac bar:
http://www.ericsrv.com/products.html

I have one on our coach and they work great.

That is what I am looking for. Thank you Jim.
I can't imagine why this didn't come from the factory.

James T, you're right it should have come from the factory with the bar installed, but with any other manufacturer, anything to save a buck.

As Richard S. said they finally started equipping the chassis with the trac bar with the 2006 models.

I guess they finally saw the light or had some type of revelation--LOL

Pretty stupid that they didn't come with one.

If I wasn't leaving for a trip on Wednesday, I would buy one now. I am just sorry I didn't notice it didn't have one until I got under it and changed the oil for this trip. I have only had this rig for 5 months, 2 trips.

At one time I talked to a guy at work about the "drifting", he has a '95 Bounder w/Ford. He said that is just the way they are. I showed him the trac bar from the above link, he ordered it within 5 minutes.
It only makes sense from an engineering perspective to have one.

I ordered mine, they said it would be here in 3 days. Hopefully I can install it before my trip.
