My coach came with free Emergency Road Service from Ford since it is on the F53 chassis. Had blow-out due to a mismatched tire and Ford agreed to pay for the new tire. Received a check recently and, to my surprise, the check was issued by Coach Net. Can anyone fill me in on this connection.

Ford contracts with Coach Net to provide their ERS.

Thanks for the prompt reply but I guess I should have qualified my question further. I didn't know that Ford used Coach Net so that's good to know but I guess I'm wondering how a factory screw-up on Ford's part (mismatched tire size on one of the rear duals) ended up being a road service rebate issue.......would have thought Ford would pay ???

Probably like any self insured companies. Ford pays, Coach Net administers.
