Are you aware of any similar problem that might exist on the 6 speed installed on a 2018 F-53? I had the same symptoms described by the OP or at least I think I might have. Could have just been me and my foot.

No, I'm not. The TRS was improved for the 4R100, and again for the 5R110. I don't remember any TRS problems with the 5R110. I don't know the six speed, but I suspect it doesn't have TRS problems.
