Hi Everyone,

I am new to the Ford Owners Group having come back to gas after 13 years of diesels. I am looking for a list of Ford Chassis Repair facilities and so far have not been able to find one. Is there such a list available?

Thanks for any information.

John

Hi John, I would think that any Ford Heavy Duty repair facility could handle repairs on the F53 chassis.

We have one here in Las Vegas, Quality Ford that works on Ford heavy duty trucks and RV's with the Ford chassis.

What type of problems are you having?

Hi Jim--

Not having any problems that I need a shop at this time. I did lose all my running and tail lights on my trip bringing it to Denver from Dallas, where I purchased it. I have it in to a RV repair shop for that and the slide out awing that tried to blow off in 60 mph Texas winds. I am just trying to plan ahead.

Happy Travels--Spring is here!!

John

Hey John, sorry to hear of the electrical problems and the wind blown slide topper awning.

We had a similar loss of tail/running and clearance lights last year and fortunately it turned out to be a blown 15amp mini fuse located in a covered fuse block in front to the right and above the radiator. I lucked out again with an easy fix.

We've had to replace both our bedroom and living room slide topper at least once in the 10 years we've had our coach.

Hope you get everything fixed to your satisfaction without too much difficulty. Those Winnies are mighty fine coaches.

Enjoy many fun, safe and trouble free journeys,

Best regards, Jim
