Hi all I have a 1994 southwind on a F53 chassis with a 460 engins I have heard that they had a lot of problems with the in tank fuel pump. And was wondering if anybody has but a in line fuel pump on before the in tank on went and just used it just to be safe out on the road. and if so what did you put in . And what kind.

Thanks

Dan

cdroggen welcome to irv2 and the Ford chassis forum.
If you are having a problem with pump I would have the one in tank replaced one external would just add to your problems.
Another thing to check if you are having a problem with fuel getting to engine is your fuel filter, should be changed about every 15,000 miles, on your frame rail it can become plugged.
If you don't have a problem don't worry about something going wrong just enjoy your MH and have fun.
