I am new to this RV'ing and purchased a 28' 1988 Ford E-350 Coachmen last summer. Thinking about pulling a dinghy, 4 wheels down, but I do not have the owners manual for the vehicle. I need to know what the GCWR or GVWR is so I will stay within the safe range. Does anyone know this or is there any links that might help me out.

Is it a Class C? If so there should be a tag on the inside of the door that lists weights, axle weights, combined weights etc. If it is a class A you might find the same tag mounted near the driver's side on the wall, or if you open one of your inside storage cabinets there might be a large sticker telling all.

As it is a Class C, it should have the Ford chassis and the sticker I'm talking about should list the vin# and the other info. It may have been washed off, who knows.

I found the sticker in my 88 Yellowstone stuck to the pedestal under the driver's seat.
