I have a 1997 pace arrow vision 36B with a tag axle, and I was wondering how to help stableize it? Want to keep it from rolling side to side. I just put on Bilstein shocks and that helped alot but was wanting any other suggestions to try. Also with your suggestion maybe an approx. cost$$ and where it can be bought and can a person do it on their own?

welcome john. glad you are here as there are many knowledegable persons here to answer what seems to be any questions that could arise. you did the bilsteins, but you didn't say if you have weighed your rig. that would be next and adjust as needed. if that doesn't do it, try http://www.hendersonslineup.com/
these people are very helpful and willingly share their knowledge.

We have seen where Mor/ryde has made significant suspension improvements to Fords that has returned quite a bit of customer satisfaction. Click on the link.

The Mor/Ryde sytem looks like a good setup, but my concern is how long the rubber shear spring would last before needing replacement, and how costly would it be with parts & Labor.
