Key fobs stopped working the locks.

Hi gang. We have a 2006 Winnebago Outlook on the Ford E-450 chassis. Suddenly, both key fobs stopped operating the locks. Strange.

I replaced the batteries - no joy.

Tried to reprogram them by switching the ignition on/off six times, then pressing a button on the fob. At the end of the programming sequence the door locks did do a lock/unlock, but the key fobs still don't work.

Any experience with this? Suggestions?

Thanks.

Sam

Fixed it.

Go to see key lock control boards, which is located just above where the passengers feet are. There are two connectors. You know you have the right component when you see the FCC ID on the label. Just pulled both connectors wait 15 minutes or so and then plug them back in. just above were the passenger seat are. There are 2 connectors. You know you have the right component when you see the fcc I d on the label. Just cable connectors wait 15 minutes or so and then plug them back in.
