Well was at Henderson Lineup the other day. But first I'll back up the story a tad.

Done a few short trips since Ford told me to pound sand. The issue is slightly better but different. I guess I just couldn't really tell on short drive and rough roads in the area. Now it seems to start as soon as the wheels start turning.

Henderson's drove it, inspected, corner weigh, air pressure check, shook their heads and the service manager drove it. Final report was it is one of the rough riding one they have seen. The shake is due to the ride. Sway in their opinion was in the middle but I may address that problem later.

Their verdict was duel Koni's on all four corners. Start with the fronts, drive then decide if need to do rears. "If you don't like them we will take them off and put the originals back on at no charge. Told them ok.

Went to eat and goof off for awhile, hung out for awhile and the service manager came in with a look on his face like his best friend died. Seems as though when it got finished he took it for a drive, came back and told the shop to take them off. We were both crushed.

Now they are saying Keliderman air ride. Big ouch in wallet. Going to sleep on that for several days. But still the same "if you don't like it we will take them off."

Henderson's was beyond belief to deal with. Told me to get in the pit while they inspected everything, l asked questions, he had answers. At this point I have nothing but the best things to say about their dealing with the customer. My cost for them working on it for 4-5 hours was $100. I was floored to say the least.

If I have a complaint is that they mark up the Keilderman about 28% which I think is steep. Second complaint is that we are holed up at 7 Feathers Casino and the "free" parking isn't and the DW hasnt won enough for gas, let alone for the air ride.
