Location of PCM code on 1999 F53 V10

i just ordered the X3 programmer from 5 Star Tuning. One of the questions on the vehicle information form is PCM code. I couldn't find it any where. I found a white box on the bottom of the steering column. Is that the PCM module.

The 1999 F53 PCM Computer is located on the Left side of steering column at (D1) in the diagram below:
