So could I run a new hot wire from my house batteries to the panel and just put a manual disconnect switch on it and call it a day?

Well we were able to get it to click and indeed it is in the black box behind the CKT board. I'm currently on vacation with my family and don't want to take the box apart until I get home in Michigan next t week. I will just use the generator when we are on the road. Thank you.

If you can use a volt meter, you can check the voltage between the 2 silver buss bars when the relay is on or off to see if it's working. I don't think you can take those latching relays apart and fix them.

Yes, I'll do that. Can't get to the connections until I pull the circuit board. Don't want to be sitting a thousand miles from home if I have a problem.

place a HD wire to these two terminals to delete the relay.

just for testing, if you leave the jumper on, you can run down the engine starting battery. The wire should be a 4 gauge or lower. Use at your on risk. Pushing the AUX start does this also.

Back from our Florida trip. I found a blown 40amp breaker in the power box behind the CRT board. Now I have an oil cooler leak. It never ends. Lol. Thanks for your help.
