I hava a 2000 Win. Adventurer 37G purchased used at a Dealer that has since folded. A lot of the info came with our Coach, however since I do most of the Maint. on all our vehicles, I am in need of a diagram showing all the zert fittings that need to be greased. Just by accident I ran across a diagram of the front end fittings, but I need to find all of the remaining ones for the chassis.
Can anyone point me in the right direction?
Don

In addition to the 9 up front our 2000 has one on each U-joint but none on carrier bearings. It's my understanding that on later model f53 chassis the U-joint fittings have been eliminated.

I could only find 8 up front on my 2002 Damon F53 .... plus the 2 rear-most u-joints on the drive shaft.... (the front one's on the drive shaft were sealed).

Just read here where there is a 9th zert hiding under a plastic plug on the steering box (gotta love this forum)..... guess I'll be sliding underneath again tomorrow.

This is the one I follow:
Hope you can view it.
2000 F 53 Chassis lube.
In addition I have (4) zerk
fittings on the driveshaft.
# 9 fitting is hard to find, it has a plastic cap over it.
remove, lube, then reinstall plastic cap.
Good luck

Thanks to all. I did at first miss one in the front end. Now I just have to locate a slim end for my grease gun. The standard ends are too wide to get to the fittings on my drive line.
And that brings to mind, how many fittings is there on the chassis and drive line aft of the front end? I just don't want to miss any.
I have never found lube information except for the front end. Nowhere have I found a chassis lube chart.
Thanks again.

I bought a needle end the attaches to grease gun. It puts green in zerk fitting pin hole. Stick tip in little opening.

Good Luck

I have a 2006 Ford F53 20,500# chassis. It has the nine front fittings. The driveshaft is sealed.

I also have a fitting on the bottom end of each of the two rear jacks outer cylinders. To grease when the jacks are up and the curved spring hook is in the way, you can swivel the pad and piston by hand to move it out of the way. My manuals with the motorhome (purchased new) say nothing about the jack fittings. Believe the jacks are Power Gear brand. For some unknown reason there are no fittings on the front jacks .

I use Mobil One Synthetic red grease on all.
