Does anyone know what size socket fits the wheel lug nuts on a 2004 Ford F-53?

Bob, our 2000 with the 19.5" wheels the lug nuts take a 1-1/8" socket. If you have the 22.5" wheels it may take a different size.

Good luck, jim

On mine, 19.5 steel wheels with simulators, the simulator nuts are larger than the wheel lugs. Simluator nuts are sometihng like the 1 1/8" mentioned. The real lugs are 21mm I think. I'd have to pull a simulator to be sure, but I pretty sure that's it.

13/16" = 20.64 mm

I bet 13/16" or 21mm would work.

(Of course a '99 may be really 13/16" and an '04 21mm, but I kind of doubt it.)

Yep -agree the 21 mm should work fine -- the 13/16 is a bit tight-- but that's better than loose
