WalMart has it for $2.96 a qt.
AutoZone was about $3 last I looked too. Mercon V is not all that rare.
Now finding Mercon LV, well......dealer time.

Neither Walmart nor Autozone have it in my area. $3 qt is my dream!

Is it for the motorhome in your signature, a 1999? I didn't think Mercon V was recommended then?

There was a Ford TSB that recommended Mercon V as the new fluid for the 4r100 transmission. I purchased this several years ago with no service history and talked with one of the high milage previous owners who never changed the fluid. The transmission runs cool (190° tops, 175° usually) and the fluid smells OK, but I wanted to change it for my own piece of mind.
