New shocks

Hello,
I am pretty sure it is time to replace the shocks on my 1991 E350 RV. The rig now has Belstien, which have 60K plus on them, including the Alaskan Highway. I have been reading the forums, blogs and reviews and it seems that most folks favor the Koni shocks, esp. the FSD style. Well, guess what, Koni does not make a shock for the 1991 E350. Their model starts with the 1992 year and newer. So, I am wondering if any body knows what kind of modification can be made to the mounting brackets? If the picture of the 1992 model (non-FSD model) is correct it looks the same. Bolt mount on one end, the other is a shaft. I am thinking the shaft is larger on the 1992 model, so all I have to do is drill the hole bigger. Any thoughts on this?

Doesn't Bilsten have a lifetime warranty? I use Rancho shocks which have a lifetime warranty. Sears just replaced the rears before our last trip, and said to let them know if the fronts needed replacement after the trip.

Yes, but I am not the original purchaser/owner of the shocks - warranty is now void. However, I was looking for a better ride with different shocks.
